STUDIO / MEET DEX

Dex has read
your store.
Not a chatbot.

Dex is the AI advisor inside Appside Studio. He reads your catalogue, your theme and your own sales funnel, runs the checks a live-ops lead would run, shows you the evidence for each finding, and proposes the fix. You approve. It never publishes and never changes a price on its own.

In Studio today: the store review. Next: one-tap apply from a diff you can read. An AI advisor, disclosed as one, built on your data only.

Dex is an AI advisor. It reads your own store data and explains what it finds; it never publishes or changes prices. Sample data; nothing here is a revenue claim.

02 — WHAT IT HELPS YOU DECIDE

The decisions a store lives or dies on.

Which packs to sell.Gaps in the price ladder, packs that give fewer credits per dollar than a cheaper one, bundles nobody opens. It names the pack and the number.
What to charge.Credits per dollar across the ladder, the first-purchase offer, the pass price per month. Proposed as a draft you edit, never applied by itself.
How it looks.Theme pairs under 4.5:1 contrast, a plan without art, an empty section, a banner that points nowhere. Fixed from the diff.
What to run.No daily reward, no offer with an end date, a stale promo. The live-ops basics, checked every time you open Studio.
Where players drop.Your own seven-day funnel, app to store to checkout to paid, with a minimum sample before it says anything.
When to say nothing. Not enough data is a valid answer. No invented industry numbers, no benchmarks without a dated public source.
    03 — HOW IT DECIDES

    Rules first.
    Words second.

    01

    Deterministic checks.

Ten rules with thresholds you can read: price steps over 3×, bonus percent that falls as the pack grows, contrast under 4.5:1, checkout-to-paid under 40% with at least fifty checkouts. The same store always gets the same findings.

    02

    Evidence attached.

Each finding carries the rows it was computed from: the two packs, the theme pair, the funnel counts. The model only explains; it does not invent a number.

    03

    Your approval, every time.

Proposals are typed operations on an allowlist: theme tokens, names and copy, section order, new offers as unconfirmed drafts. You see a diff, apply some or all, and publish when you choose. The advisor cannot publish, confirm a price or touch payments.

04 — WHAT IT NEVER DOES

    Built with
    a short leash.

A store is money. The advisor is designed so that nothing it says can move money without a human.

    05 — QUESTIONS

    Straight answers.

    What is live today?

Dex's store review in Studio: the ten checks, with evidence and data limitations, on your current draft and your seven-day funnel. Proposals with a diff and one-tap apply are next, then the character's states inside Studio.

Does it use my players' data?

It uses your store's own aggregates: catalogue, theme, offers, the funnel counts and reward claims. It never sees a card number, and player identifiers stay inside your tenant.

Can it tell me what my packs should cost?

It can tell you where your ladder has a gap or where a bigger pack gives less per dollar, with the numbers. It will not tell you a market price it cannot source.

Will it get a voice and video?

Pre-rendered clips for fixed advice states are planned, labelled as an AI character. No live-generated video.
